VerityCare offers telehealth to patients physically located in Texas at time of visit due to licensing regulations. For out-of-state, we can assist with finding local providers.

❓ How do I access my medical records?

Request via the MyVerity portal or submit a written request to Health Information Management. Standard processing takes 5-7 business days; fees may apply for paper copies.

❓ What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a $35 fee. No-shows may be discharged after three occurrences. For emergencies, fee waived with documentation.

❓ Do you offer translation services?

Yes, we provide over-the-phone interpretation for 150+ languages free of charge. In-person interpretation for Spanish and Mandarin by request (48h advance).

Use the MyVerity patient portal or ask your pharmacy to send an e-refill request. Allow 48 business hours. Controlled substances require an in-person visit every 3 months.

VerityCare is accessible via Capital Metro bus routes #3, #30 (stop at 5th & Healing). We offer free surface parking for patients and validated parking at the adjacent garage. Bike racks available. For patients with mobility needs, curbside drop-off is available at the main entrance. Our building features automatic doors and elevator access to Suite 200. For assistance, call our front desk upon arrival.
